1. Shipping Information

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (such as new product launches, Black Friday, or holidays), processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

b. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

c. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

d. Order Tracking

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at support@bravikboxusa.com.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will help you file a claim or send a replacement if applicable.

2. International Shipping

At this time, Bravik Box USA ships only within the United States.

If you’re an international customer interested in our products, please contact us at support@bravikboxusa.com, and we will do our best to assist.

3. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at support@bravikboxusa.com.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will help you file a claim or send a replacement if applicable.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Because our display boxes are fragile and custom-packaged, please review our return conditions carefully.

a. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

b. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or limited-edition display boxes
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents
  • Items without original packaging or that show signs of wear

c. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

d. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

e. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same model due to damage or defect, contact us at support@bravikboxusa.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

We’ll help arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost if the defect was due to our production or shipping.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once tracking information has been issued, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
